Virtual Desktop Management

In the Virtual Desktop Management service module SoftwareOne provides monitoring and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) administration of the cloud native virtual desktop infrastructure within within your cloud accounts.

This consists of:

• Managing the Active Directory connection,

• Troubleshooting of access issues, and

• Deployment of virtual desktops–based on your configured VDI image.

You can request changes to the configuration by submitting requests using the Core Change Catalog.
