Operating System Management

In the Operating System Management service module SoftwareOne will apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modifications to the machine image or user data in accordance with your requirements agreed during onboarding and recorded in the Operations Definition, or by SoftwareOne best practices.

SoftwareOne will monitor and manage the in-scope Operations Agents on the operating system and manage the Active Directory connection. You can also request SoftwareOne to execute scripts not written by SoftwareOne.

You can request changes to the configuration by submitting requests using the Core Change Catalog.
