Database Management

In the Database Management service module SoftwareOne delivers monitoring and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) administration of cloud native databases and databases/clusters on Virtual Machines (VMs) within within your cloud accounts.

This consists of:

• Modifying database parameters,

• Backup of databases,

• Restoring entire databases.

You can request changes to the configuration by submitting requests using the Core Change Catalog.
